Finally a movie with a hot subject – drugs
At the beginning we thought that the movie was making propaganda for the
great feeling of taking drugs. But after a while you relies that the whole thing
is a bit ironic.
Renton and his friends think that everything is shit, life is a garbage
can and in a world like that, drugs are the only way to escape from reality for
a little while. After seeing Trainspotting you realise that even if you escape
from reality you have to, sooner or later, take responsibility for your future.
The thing that in the beginning seems to be like heaven soon turns into
hell.
So…choose life!
