Obviously the change I did yesterday did upset some people but I don't really care.
But don't you worry, the reviews WILL be back but perhaps with a big change.
Anyway yesterday I started going through some of my power metal albums, first the Helloween
ones and I admit they are really great, although I wrote new reviews for them while I was
at it, and here they are. With this I confess that I actually still like power metal, but
so far it's only the "original" bands I've gone through so expect me to be a lot
more critical to newer power metal in the future.

I've done a pretty drastic thing, as many of my power metal reviews (Gamma Ray, Helloween etc.)
didn't quite have the opinion I have on them today, I simply removed the link to most PM
reviews, I left some stand-out acts like Blind Guardian and Iced Earth though. (I removed
the "true metal" ones like Manowar & Pegazus also)
I dunno what's going on with me, it's like a voice in my head tells me that I hate (most) power
metal with all my guts but then there's another voice that says I cannot just give up
the music genre I've been so in love with the last 4-5 years.
Call me false, call me whatever you like I don't give a fuck.
I'll take a good listen to all those cd's I was referring to and find out if I like em or
not. Stay tuned.
