    Rating:
Jethro Tull is just one of the wonderful prog bands I've come into lately, this is their fourth effort, heard that their earlier albums were some kinda blues rock so I thought it would be a good idea to start with this one where they started progressing.
This is very progressive hard rock, with lots of different elements like flute and mellotron. Simply put, JT doesn't sound like anything I've heard before just listen to Ian Andersons flute solo in "My God" and you'll know what I'm talkin about. Anderson also does guitars and vocals, he's a master of both duties especially vocals. He has a very nice and soft voice, no screaming here (but then again, those kinda vocals didn't exist in the 70's except from in Judas Priest and Rush), his style is more like Ozzy although I'd rather not compare the two because Anderson has so much more talent.
But, this is music for listening, not reading about. Buy. Now.
